Hello, I'm Fazilet, a natural light newborn and family photographer from Melbourne.

I've always loved looking through old family albums. It fills me with nostalgia and reminds me where I’ve come from – and this is why I am passionate about preserving these memories for you and your family.

Whilst I can appreciate many forms of photography, Lifestyle photography is a love that has grown over time and more so, those perfectly imperfect moments that happen when you least expect it are my absolute favourite!

My warm and gentle nature, coupled with a children’s services background, allows me to build an instant connection and trust with even the most unsettled newborns and children.

In addition to holding a Certificate IV in Photography and Photo Imaging with PSC, I am also certified Newborn Photographer with the Academy of Newborn Photography. I have not only undertaken essential training, but am committed to ensuring the Health & Safety of my clients in all aspects of Newborn Photography.

I'm located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and will come to you. So if you want to keep it natural and relaxed, I would love to meet you and your family to create lasting memories together!

  1. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and come from a Turkish background.

  2. I am an aunt to 3 precious souls.

  3. I got married to my better half during a pandemic in 2020 (we were one of the fortunate ones!).

  4. The ocean is my happy place - I can sit there for hours just watching and listening to the waves.

  5. My photography business is technically my 2nd! I used to own a humble chocolate bouquet business.

  6. The meal I look forward to most is breakfast.

  7. I have a phobia of dogs ever since I was chased by one as a little girl.

  8. I like my tea in the morning and coffee in the afternoon.

  9. I love to collect fridge magnets from my travels.

  10. My favourite city in the worlds is Istanbul, Turkey. As Napoleon once said, “If the earth were a single state, Istanbul would be its capital.”
